Partnership and Collaborative Efforts

The joint collaboration of seed scientists and industry professionals to establish the National Seed Science Distance Education Program through the Cooperative Regional Research Project W-168 demonstrates the unique partnerships established by the seed professionals. This partnership is further strengthened by identifying key seed professionals at the following locations: Colorado State University, Iowa State University, University of Kentucky, Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Alabama A&M, USDA-ARS, NCGRP, and the seed industry. This combined cooperation of multiple institutions will provide a strong base for disseminating information to students about this new national program.
