Each host institution developing the courses has all of the computer resources necessary to develop the web-based learning materials. Instructional development personnel for web-based learning are currently available at each institution (see attached Appendix). Administrative support statements are attached from each institution (see attached Appendix). Strong administrative support exists for this national initiative because of the proposed efficiency in developing this sequence of courses and the evidence of need by the students and the seed industry.
